The website says all makes and models are serviced but that’s not true. I stopped by today but they said they are appointments only. Then I asked if I could make an appointment and he said what kind of car, I pointed to my Nissan Murano and he replied we don’t do those. That was it. So if you have a Nissan Murano then don’t come here. Also call for an appointment rather than stopping by.

Mike is a great man—honest and straightforward about your car. He just saved me from spending lots of money that someone else was trying to charge me by claiming my transmission was bad. Mike ran a full diagnostic and found no issues with the transmission at all. What really stood out is that he even recommended where I should take my car to fix the actual problem—and didn’t charge me anything. I’m truly grateful to Mike.

Mike and the team at Transcraft did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my leaking transmission. They don't just replace parts randomly, they go find the problem and fix it. They're extremely reasonable with prices as well. My car is running much better now. Smooth shifts, and no shudder when coming to a stop. Highly recommend!

Well, I can’t thank Mike enough. He fixed my differential on my 2004 Chevy SSR, when nobody else could. What a Great, Old School mechanic! In an age were everything automotive, is over engineered and junk made overseas, here’s a Guy that knew what was wrong and what parts it needed. But the real art is putting the reared back together correctly, and doing it right the first time, thank you so much. Best shop I’ve ever dealt with both verbally and execution. Not only will I be back, but highly recommended this shop and Mike to anyone who I know that needs great automotive service. Mike Donahue.

My 2011 Cadillac broke down in Chicago while driving home to Minneapolis with my 8 yr old son with me. Tow truck driver recommended me to go to Mike and I agreed. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my lifetime. Given my circumstances of no rental vehicle available and being out of state, Mike dropped his current repairs and got me back on the road running safely 2 hours later. He invoiced me $350 which was incredibly low and I let him know that. I gave him an extra $50 to treat his employees for lunch. This man has incredible integrity and professionalism. He knows his stuff. Incredible man and his staff are for getting this done in the way they did. Forever grateful. Don’t think twice about utilizing this business for car repairs. Mike is the real deal!!
